Today at about 11:20 am, I got a call on my mobile from 01809 838230. When I answered, there was a recorded message claiming it was HMRC, saying there was a warrant out in my name. The message only gave me one option - press one to sort it out right away. Naturally, I didn't press anything and just waited a bit. After a short pause, the recording warned that if I didn’t press one, the warrant would be sent to my official address. I hung up straight away, didn’t want to give them any more info or let them track my number further.
