Got a call from someone pretending to be BT, saying there was an issue with my router. They wanted me to give them my name and email, but I said no way, BT already has my info. Then they said that’s not how it works. I refused to share anything, and they just hung up. The number wasn’t showing up anywhere either, so it’s definitely a scammer trying to snag your personal details.
