I received a recorded message that sounded like a computery robot trying to impersonate my internet provider. Absolute nonsense!
It was a load of rubbish, just a stream of gibberish that made no sense whatsoever.
I pressed 1 out of curiosity and ended up talking to some tosser who greeted me with 'Namaste' in a rather peculiar way.
This chap, with a thick Punjabi accent, was adamant he was from BT, but his spiel about some secure internet access was as dodgy as they come!
As soon as the conversation turned away from the script, he promptly hung up - how original!
Clearly, these muppets aren’t bright enough to think on their feet.
I've got to say, I really despise whoever created this dodgy operation.
