Got a call from 01807324734 early morning on 18th June 2021, some dodgy ISP scam. The voice sounded like one of those annoying robot recordings pretending to be from my internet provider. It was just a load of rubbish babble, total nonsense. I pushed 1 to talk to some bloke, who answered with “Namaste” in a really thick Punjabi accent. Claimed he was from BT but kept going on about insecure internet or something. As soon as I caught him out on his story, he just hanged up. Not exactly the sharpest con artist out there. Honestly, whoever’s behind this spam crap really needs to stop pestering folks with their rubbish.
