I received a call today purporting to be from BT about the internet issues we’ve been facing. The response was rather sluggish and the accent certainly didn’t sound British. I didn’t cut the call as I wanted to seek clarification, especially since we’ve had some recent hiccups which have since been sorted. I was online this morning, so when I probed for further specifics, they abruptly ended the call! How odd!
