Just got an automated call on my home phone, said it was from BT and warned me that my phone and internet would be cut off today. They asked me to press 1 to avoid it or 2 to accept the disconnection, but I didn’t respond. I’m planning to inform BT about this and have already blocked the number.

Got a call from 01806 955406 today, some bloke called Mr Gruff threatening my internet would be cut off. Then he just hung up! Bit dodgy if you ask me. I’m paying around a grand a year for my service, so this was a shock. Not impressed.
