Got a dodgy call pretending to be from BT saying my broadband would get cut off today. They told me to press 1 for help or 2 to let them disconnect. If you hit 1, they try to get you to let them access your computer to scam you. What I do is act clueless and keep them on the line, stringing them along until they finally give up. My best time is 27 minutes - had them on the phone for ages before they twigged I was messing with them!
