I got a call on my mobile at around 2:30 pm on the 27th of December, but the moment I picked up, the line just went dead.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Three, offering me a 40% discount. They asked how much I was currently paying. I told them if they’re Really with Three and have my number, they’d already know my bill. She couldn’t answer that and sounded like she had an Indian accent, with other voices chatting in the background. The number showed as from Scotland, which struck me as weird since everyone spoke with Indian accents. This was on December 27th, and I later learnt they often use video phone calls that can appear from any location. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
