When questioned about the details, he just says, "You ought to know where you signed up." And if he claims he doesn't, the response is, "Well then, we'll just enrol you for twelve months instead," before they hang up! Keep an eye on your bank account, as they might try to siphon off your cash! Make sure to initiate a refund immediately and consider reporting them as well.

01805911411 - Ich habe eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung gemacht. Ein gewisser Typ behauptete, ich hätte ein 3-Monatsabo abgeschlossen, das nun verlängert werden müsse. Als ich nachfragte, wo genau dieses Abo zustande kam, wurde mir lediglich gesagt: "Das müssten Sie doch wissen!" Ich erwiderte, dass ich keine Ahnung habe, und darauf hin bekam ich zur Antwort: "Na gut, dann tragen wir Sie für ein ganzes Jahr ein." Und schwupps, wurde einfach aufgelegt! Achtet also gut auf eure Kontobewegungen, denn die könnten plötzlich Geld abbuchen! Macht am besten sofort eine Rückbuchung und erstattet Anzeige. Seid vorsichtig!
