Es war monatelang ganz still, was Telefonwerbung angeht. Doch heute erhielt ich meinen ersten Anruf von 0180 fünf 869000. Der Gesprächspartner fragte mich, ob ich unerwünschte Werbeanrufe bekomme. Ich erwiderte: "Nein, das ist nicht der Fall." Ganze 90 Minuten später klingelte es erneut, und zwar von 02089703249. Und nach 20 Uhr kam dann noch ein Anruf von 0307623985. Tja, da beginnt man doch zu zweifeln… Es bringt einen schon zum Schmunzeln, wenn man darüber nachdenkt. Übrigens, laut der Bundesnetzagentur ist die Nummer 0180 fünf 869000 derzeit gar nicht aktiv.

Hello everyone! I’ve got nothing but good things to share! This is the central marketing opt-out registry! It helps to block calls from those pesky prize draw companies. I’ve used the service myself and must say, those annoying calls have decreased by a staggering 80%! Previously, I’d receive up to ten calls a day, but now it’s down to just three or four a week! I've had a couple of calls from this number as well. The first time it was some sort of prize draw, which I promptly dismissed. Today, they claimed to be from a marketing opt-out list. I told them I'm already registered on such a list, and that seemed to put an end to the conversation. I reckon this might be a new tactic of theirs, trying to cross-check information and pretending to be associated with an opt-out service. Best to stay wary!

Die Polizei ist in dieser Angelegenheit erst einmal nicht involviert. Unbefugte Anrufe stellen hierzulande eine Ordnungswidrigkeit dar, weshalb eine Mitteilung an die Bundesnetzagentur geschickt wird. Versteht man das so in Deutschland?

Ich erhielt ebenfalls einen Anruf von dieser Nummer. Es ging zwar etwas unverblümt zu, doch der Vorschlag, den sie mir unterbreitet haben, war ausgesprochen vorteilhaft - ich habe ihn sogar angenommen! Damit bin ich wirklich zufrieden. Ich würde sagen, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, zuzuhören, was die dort zu bieten haben.

Wie gewohnt alles korrekt. Ich muss jedoch anmerken, dass hier eine Stellungnahme der Bundesnetzagentur fehlt, die den jeweiligen Netzbetreiber benennt. Es gibt sicherlich eine Menge an Informationen, auf die man zurückgreifen könnte. Um gegen das Ring Center vorzugehen und eine Unterlassungserklärung einzureichen, benötigt man im Grunde "offizielle" Dokumente. Falls du das ähnlich siehst, würde ich mich über deine Gedanken dazu freuen!
