Die Anrufe scheinen tatsächlich in Ordnung zu sein. Ich war dreimal nicht erreichbar und beim dritten Mal hinterliessen sie sogar eine Nachricht auf meinem Anrufbeantworter. Sie baten um Rückruf unter 01805-5959, das ist die gewohnte Nummer des M&M-Service. Bei mir ging es um die Änderung der Flugzeiten von Lufthansa. Also, alles in bester Ordnung, keine Sorge!

Es ist nur dann wirklich rechtens, wenn es eine Geschäftsverbindung zwischen M&M gibt und das Kleingedruckte dies auch zulässt. Andernfalls gehört diese Kreditkarte zum üblichen Unsinn, den man einem aufdrängen möchte. Was sagt die automatisierte Ansage, wenn man zurückruft? Fragt sie nach der Adresse? Oder bleibt sie ganz still? Nur derjenige gerät in Panik, der mit Problemen rund um Kreditkarten zu kämpfen hat.
