Ich habe soeben einen ähnlichen Anruf erhalten. Ich habe höflich alle "Beratungsgespräche" abgelehnt, aber trotzdem möchte man mir anscheinend irgendwelche Informationen zuschicken. Jetzt bin ich gespannt, ob das wirklich ankommt. Hoffentlich handelt es sich nicht um eine Abzocke.

Heute bekam ich einen Anruf auf meinem Handy. Die fingen mit sieben Fragen an und boten mir dann zwei "Beratungsgespräche" zu Handyverträgen und Stromanbietern an. Es erschien mir ziemlich eindeutig, dass sie mir etwas andrehen wollten. Merkwürdig, denn sie schienen schon alle Infos über mich zu haben: Telefonnummer, Adresse und meinen Namen. Das Ganze wirkte auf mich alles andere als seriös!

Cheers to you all! I've finally figured out who this is. This number has popped up on my phone numerous times over the last couple of weeks, but luckily, I was never in to answer. Now, let's see how one goes about blocking it.

Es scheint, dass die einzigen Absichten hinter diesen sogenannten "Umfragen" darauf abzielen, Beratungsgespräche oder Verkaufsaktionen zu initiieren. Dieses Vorgehen könnte möglicherweise gegen das Wettbewerbsrecht sowie das Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb (UWG) verstossen, da hier unrechtmässige Anrufe getätigt werden. Solch ein Verhalten wirkt jedenfalls nicht gerade vertrauenswürdig. Mein Mitgefühl für solche Gestalten ist, gelinde gesagt, ziemlich begrenzt.

Ich habe mir kurzzeitig die Freiheit genommen, eine Rufumleitung auf das Handy des Geschäftsführers einzurichten. Es wäre wirklich amüsant, seine Reaktion zu beobachten, wenn er plötzlich von seiner eigenen Hotline kontaktiert wird. Das hätte doch echt was!
