Ich erhalte seit zwei Wochen täglich Anrufe, meistens von früh bis etwa 20 Uhr. Es läutet ungefähr fünf Mal, und wenn ich abhebe, wird einfach aufgelegt.

Indeed, much like Trillian noted back in February, my attempts to return the call resulted in a rather unhelpful automated voice. It cheerily chimed in with, "Hello, this is your Tchibo fashion team," which felt more like a nuisance than anything useful. It seems we're dealing with a rather outdated automated system on the brink of failure. Today alone, it managed to annoy my wife about eight times. Quite a bother, I must admit, but thankfully, not a cause for major concern.

Ich hatte neulich das gleiche Erlebnis. Als ich ans Telefon ging, wollte der Anrufer eine gewisse Frau Hermsdorf sprechen. Ich hab dann freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie wohl die falsche Nummer gewählt hatten. Die Person entschuldigte sich und legte auf. Wer das nun genau war, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich noch mehr von dem mysteriösen Anrufer höre.

Seit mittlerweile fünf Tagen bekomme ich ständig Anrufe von der Nummer 01805499990. Jedes Mal, wenn ich abnehme, wird einfach aufgelegt. Weiß jemand, wie ich damit umgehen kann? Wäre super, wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte!

What a splendid contribution, although it's a pity that the advertising sector has this option available. By all means, it's worth a shot! However, the most effective approach would be to file a report with the communications regulator; a quick search on Google should point you in the right direction. Alternatively, have a gander at antispam.de to find out what would be a more long-lasting solution. Personally, I only credit the Robinson list when it comes to junk mail. Since 29th July, I’ve been free from such nuisances!

Hello there! I've been receiving calls from this "number" for the past couple of days now. It's quite outrageous, if I'm honest. Sadly, as mentioned before, there doesn’t seem to be much one can do about it-apart from possibly heading to the consumer advice centre for some assistance.

Meine Mutter hatte diese Nummer schon seit einigen Tagen auf ihrem Bildschirm und hat mich gebeten, ein wenig Nachforschungen anzustellen. Ich habe soeben versucht, dort anzurufen, doch es läuft nur ein Sprachband, das sagt: „Hallo, hier spricht Ihr Tchibo-Modeteam.“ Wirklich schade, dass ich niemanden erreichen kann, um ein paar Dinge klarzustellen. Es ist ziemlich frustrierend, nicht wahr?
