Anrufe von 0180-Nummern empfinde ich als eine richtige Belästigung. Wenn jemand ein Anliegen hat, sollte er nicht versuchen, mich dazu zu drängen, unter einer überteuerten Nummer zurückzurufen. Es ist zudem viel zu umständlich, die tatsächliche Nummer herauszufinden. Wer auch immer mir diesen Unsinn aufzwingen wollte, hat damit jegliche Chance verspielt, als Kunde in Frage zu kommen.

Die Nummer gehört zum Heine Versand und ich werde tagelang über den Tag hinweg ständig angerufen. Leider spricht niemand auf die Mailbox, was ziemlich lästig ist.
