Falls dir so ein Posten auf deiner Telefonrechnung ins Auge springt, wäre es ratsam, den Gesamtbetrag aufgrund des Widerspruchs zurückbuchen zu lassen und lediglich den legitimen Teil zu begleichen - vergesst nicht die Mehrwertsteuer! Du hast schliesslich keinen Vertrag unterzeichnet, also gibt’s auch nichts, was gekündigt werden müsste.
