Had a call early doors and another one later in the day! This seems to be a daily occurrence! Whenever I pick up, they promptly hang up. It’s incredibly rude when someone has set up call forwarding, essentially leading to unnecessary charges.

Das UWG ist eine recht anspruchsvolle Materie und lässt sich nicht so leicht in ein paar Sätzen erfassen. Meiner Meinung nach reicht es, sich auf die unerlaubten Anrufe zu konzentrieren. Das stellt nämlich eine Ordnungswidrigkeit dar, und gemäß Paragraph 20 des UWG ist dafür die Bundesnetzagentur in Deutschland zuständig.

Der Anrufer stellte sich als jemand von der "Vereinigung der Geschäftsführer von GmbHs" vor. Allerdings war er ganz weit vom eigentlichen Grund seines Anrufs entfernt. Habe einfach aufgelegt.

"Vereinigung der Geschäftsführer von GmbHs" scheint da am Werk zu sein. Die versuchen, dir ein Abo für eine lose Blattsammlung anzudrehen, die mit Gesetzesänderungen, Steuerberatung und weiteren Informationen aufwartet. Solche Kaltakquise-Anrufe unter Firmen sind (bedauerlicherweise) legal, weil sie der sogenannten "Geschäftsanbahnung" dienen.

Diese Nummer ruft ständig an, lässt jedoch keine Voicemail zurück. In letzter Zeit nehme ich die Anrufe an, lege sie jedoch direkt in die Warteschleife. Bis jetzt hat sich niemand am gleichen Tag nochmals gemeldet.

Wenn man mit den lästigen Anrufen von Call-Centern konfrontiert wird, kann ich nur empfehlen, sich mit einer klassischen Pfeife zu behelfen. Einfach kräftig ins Telefon tröten! Das wirkt Wunder. :-D
