Oh, das Telefon läutet etliche Male. Und wenn der Anruf entgegen genommen wird, hat die andere Person bereits aufgelegt. Wenn man hingegen vom Festnetz anruft, landet man in einer Warteschleife, die anscheinend niemals endet - ich habe es für mehrere Minuten ausprobiert. Herzlich willkommen! Mobilfunkanbieter eben.

Es ist wirklich frustrierend! Seit Wochen plagen sie mich! Normalerweise klingelt es nur einmal, aber wenn man länger abwartet und endlich ans Telefon geht, ist die Verbindung tot, als wäre der Hut nicht mehr da. Und wenn ich zurückrufe, werde ich regelrecht mit dem Spruch "Willkommen bei Ihrem Mobilfunkspezialisten" erschlagen und lande direkt in der Warteschleife. Laut Victorvox handelt es sich um eine von Vodafone genutzte Servicehotline. Die Netzagentur bestätigt auch, dass die Nummer tatsächlich zu Vodafone gehört. Ist das das nächste irritierende Callcenter, das sich hier rumtreibt?
