What a strange phone call that was! They initially pretended to be checking up on a broadband issue, but then they wanted to know who my internet service provider is. When I pointed out that they should already have that information, the caller got rather irate and abruptly hung up. Quite bizarre!

Today, I received rather an odd call. A woman claimed to be from TSK in Bonn. She started inquiring about whether I had a DSL connection. She was rambling on about some construction work that could potentially disrupt my internet service. There was a faint foreign lilt to her accent, and she spoke quite rapidly. When I didn't provide her with any information, she seemed a bit miffed and promptly hung up.

Guten Tag, ich wollte nur mitteilen, dass ich den ganzen Tag über von dieser Nummer belästigt werde. Die Leute am Telefon geben keinerlei Auskunft darüber, was sie wollen oder wer sie sind. Selbst wenn ich darum bitte, dass sie aufhören, scheinen sie das einfach zu ignorieren. Es ist wirklich frustrierend!

In the past couple of days, I’ve received three calls from this number. Each time, I didn’t pick up, and they hung up as soon as my voicemail kicked in. It’s quite amusing how things have flipped - remember when it was the other way round with pesky calls? Absolutely ridiculous! Feels like a setup for some prank, honestly.
