Gerade eben hatte ich ein Telefonat mit dieser Nummer. Es handelt sich offenbar um einen Dienstleister von der 1&1 web AG. Der Anruf drehte sich um einen bestehenden Auftrag, also kein Spam oder dergleichen. Ich hatte auch das Problem, dass beim ersten Anruf sofort aufgelegt wurde, jedoch hat beim zweiten Versuch alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Dame am anderen Ende der Leitung erwähnte, dass es sich um ein sporadisches technisches Problem handelt.

Das ist definitiv ein Ping-Anruf. Sobald man abnimmt, ist die andere Person bereits in der Leitung raus. Es scheint sich um eine Art automatisches Wählgerät zu handeln, das dazu dient, die Aktivität der angerufenen Nummer zu überprüfen. Ich habe bereits die Bundesnetzagentur informiert.
