@Frittenpaule. Nun, es ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, dass die Nummer von Vodafone stammt. Die möglichen Nummern werden durch eine Art Algorithmus generiert, und dann werden diese einfach alle angewählt. Daher kann es durchaus sein, dass man oft keine Ahnung hat, wie die Person tatsächlich heisst.

Oh, it's the same old story, isn't it? You finally get back home after a long day at work, settle down on the sofa to unwind, and then, bang on 7:30, you get hit with those pesky 0180 numbers. What a right nuisance!

I must say, you're all a bit amusing! It's quite bizarre how people throw around insults before having a proper think, isn't it? It ought to be the other way around, if I'm honest. This number belongs to the Netbank, and I wouldn’t be surprised if many of you have applied for a loan with them! They do get on my nerves too, even after I’ve firmly told them at least five times that I find their offers far too pricey.

Ich kann gar nicht sagen, wie erleichtert ich bin, dass ich zufällig auf eure Beiträge gestossen bin während ich gegoogelt habe. Letztens haben diese Typen auch bei mir geklingelt. Blöderweise war ich jedes Mal beschäftigt und konnte nicht abheben. Wenn die das nächste Mal anrufen, werde ich wirklich nicht zögern, ihnen mal ordentlich meine Meinung zu geigen. Vielleicht sollte ich zudem herausfinden, ob mein gutes altes Nokia eine Funktion hat, um solche lästigen Nummern zu blockieren. :)

Indeed, I received calls from that number yesterday and again today. However, as soon as I spot an 01805, I naturally ignore it. It's rather amusing, really; I've only had this number for about a month and have shared it with just a handful of friends. Makes me wonder how they got hold of it... *ahem* Vodafone, perhaps? *cough*

Heute erhielt ich ebenfalls einen solchen Anruf. Allerdings habe ich mich entschieden, nicht abzunehmen. Der Anrufer hat nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit von etwa einer Minute aufgelegt. Ein grosser Vorteil meines Samsung Handys ist die praktische Funktion einer Blockierungsliste. So kann ich jeden Nervensäge eintragen, der mir auf die Nerven gehen will. Das gilt selbstverständlich auch für SMS und MMS.

Vor ein paar Wochen hat mich am Nachmittag ein Anruf erreicht, bei dem jemand behauptete, Teil einer Umfrage zu Handys zu sein. Nachdem ich höflich abgelehnt habe und ihm einige unfreundliche Worte zukommen liess, scheinen sie es immer wieder zu versuchen - sogar samstags nachmittags! Ich lasse mich jedoch nicht darauf ein, ignoriere die Anrufe komplett und lösche die Nummer gleich danach aus meinem Telefon.
