Man kann innerhalb von zwei Wochen einen Widerruf einlegen. Ist die offizielle Adresse des Unternehmens bekannt? Einfach mal "Rücklastschrift" googeln - da gibt's keine festen Fristen, es sei denn, spezielle AGBs sehen etwas Abweichendes vor. Am besten auch bei der Bank nachhaken, welches Unternehmen das Geld abbucht. Handeln Sie zügig und bitte keine Dokumente einfach so entsorgen!

Ich muss anmerken, dass die Antworten und der Tonfall einfach nur lächerlich waren. Die Art und Weise, wie ich behandelt wurde, erinnerte an einen Verbraucherschutz, der sagt: „Vielen Dank, dass Sie mir meine kostbare Zeit geraubt haben.“ Solche Phrasen sind wirklich nicht nur unhöflich, sondern auch ganz unangebracht.

Meine Mutter erhielt einen Anruf von dieser Nummer und hat sogleich ihre persönlichen Informationen preisgegeben. Bei älteren Leuten hat man es ja oft leicht. Nun wird ihr jeden Monat ein Betrag von 49,- Euro abgebucht, angeblich im Auftrag von afendis AG, die ja im Internet auch als finanzielles Unternehmen für solche fragwürdigen Praktiken bestens bekannt ist. Ich muss jetzt herausfinden, wie ich meine Mutter da wieder rauskriege.
