What a complete joke! They act like they're there to protect consumers, claiming they'll send you £500 as compensation for all those nuisance competition calls you supposedly entered. And what happens instead? They snatch £69 directly from your account! I've reversed the transaction. If this nonsense happens again, I won’t hesitate to consult a solicitor. I refuse to be taken for a fool!

Ich kann deine Gedanken nicht ganz nachvollziehen. In meinem Schreiben habe ich klar erwähnt, dass es sich um drei Monate zu 69 Euro handelt, und für 399 Euro kriegt man keinen ordentlichen LED-Fernseher. Eher vielleicht einen LCD. Aber wie schon gesagt, es muss nicht immer so sein. Es ist mir eigentlich egal. Ich hatte halt einfach mal Glück.

I attempted to get in touch with them, but it seems they’re currently unavailable. Apparently, they’re off on holiday until the 16th of August and will only be back in action from ten o’clock onward. The recorded message just keeps repeating itself, mentioning their holiday and how they’re supposedly back from today. Honestly, I’m sceptical about what will happen next. Let’s see how it unfolds.

Hallo zusammen! Vor etwa zwei Monaten habe ich an einer Verlosung teilgenommen, und anfänglich wollte ich meine Teilnahme zurückziehen, sobald ich die Unterlagen in den Händen hielt. Doch schlussendlich habe ich mich entschieden, ein wenig abzuwarten. Immerhin konnte ich immer noch eine Rückbuchung machen, dachte ich mir. Und was soll ich sagen? Es hat sich echt gelohnt!
