A so-called TalkTalk agent once asked me to get on my computer and enter a code they gave me at the start prompt. Naturally, if you follow through, they’ve got you hooked. So please don’t fall for their ‘helpful’ advice - pressing enter probably triggers some sort of program to steal your personal details. Watch out and stay safe, folks.
