I got a call saying my internet was hacked and that they’d cut me off in a day if I didn’t do something. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

I got a robo call claiming to be from BT warning my line was gonna be cut off in half an hour due to some phone issue. They asked me to press 1 or 2 to find out more but it smelled fishy. Definitely a scam! I’ve already told TalkTalk about it and they’re looking into it now. Stay sharp everyone!

Someone pretending to be from BT rung me up saying they were about to cut off my internet. Problem is, BT never ring you first, they only get in touch if you call them about something. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Someone said they were from BT saying my line was hacked or something, just ignored and blocked the number. Best to do that and move on, really.
