Sounds like a classic bank scam to me. The number had a local dialling code, but I’m guessing it was faked. A woman’s recorded voice claimed there were two odd charges on my Amazon account - one for £320 and another for £1200. The message tried to sound legit and told me to press 1 to sort it out or something like that. I’m pretty sure real banks never call you with a recorded message and give you options like that for fraud alerts, so I knew it was dodgy straight away. I've blocked the caller and plan to report it as fraud.
