Got a call from a man with an Asian accent pretending to be from Amazon security. He told me someone supposedly ordered a £400 phone using my account and claimed they’d emailed me about it. He said the payment was temporarily stopped but would be charged again if I didn’t verify it. He asked whether I was going to look into it on the website or over the phone. I told him I'd sort it out later, but he insisted I couldn’t do that because it was their error. I just ended the call there.
