it was some kind of robotic message, and parts of it were really muffled and hard to catch. from what i could gather, it said something along the lines of “this call has been routed through british telecom to let you know your service will be cut off.” i ended the call there, but it definitely felt like a scam to me, as bt haven’t gone by british telecom for yonks now, and surely if they were cancelling anything, they’d send a proper letter explaining the reasons.
