Got a call today from someone asking for the homeowner. I told them I’m just a private renter and straight away they just ended the call on me! Proper rude if you ask me. Tried calling back to figure out who it was but all I got was a fax machine tone. Weird.

They ring up almost daily and at all sorts of times. Whenever I pick up, they ask if the homeowner is there. Sounds like they’re not native English speakers either.

There was this lady on the phone with a strong Indian accent, said her name was Sharon or something, and started asking about my boiler. Something felt off straight away. I just put the phone down near the radio and didn't hang up, then nipped out for a bit!

Got a call earlier asking to speak to the owner of the house. Told her I’m just a lodger and before I could say more, she just ended the call on me! Bit harsh if you ask me. Decided to call back to check who it was, but all I got was a fax machine noise. Weird experience!
