I’m not really sure if it’s a genuine company or not, but they’re saying I filed a PPI claim and honestly, I never did. The website looks a bit dodgy too - it’s something like [#]itisyourmoney[###]/. Not convinced about them at all.

I answered the phone but as soon as I heard who it was, I just hung up straight away. No idea who they were.

This is a firm that goes by the name It is Your Money, which appears to be yet another PPI outfit. They’re asserting that they've struck a deal with HFC, which has since become HSBC. Interestingly, they’re looking to take a hefty 36% cut of any compensation you might retrieve from loans you’ve taken out. Quite the cheek, if you ask me!
