I picked up the phone not long ago and asked them to remove me from their contact list, but guess what? Nothing changed. Sometimes they even use the withheld number trick to get through. It really frustrates me how these callers believe they can just ring up out of the blue every few months. We’re registered with the TPS and I always tell them this and ask to be removed from their calling lists, but they just don’t listen. This latest one said they were from Coastal Home Improvements, but after checking, that’s a completely different firm with another phone number and area code. I’ve flagged this as Dangerous due to their misleading info.

Hung up as soon as the voicemail started. Lucky I didnt pick up or I’d have given them a piece of my mind (nicely though). From what I’ve seen in the reviews, these lot seem proper annoying. If they ring again, it’s straight to the TPS for me.

Coastal Windows - I wouldn't say it's a scam really (the number matches what's on their site), they just seem to totally ignore "no" or "not now". We've had talks with them loads, even recognise many of them by name, and have asked repeatedly to stop calling since we don't have any jobs for them. Maybe if they cared about making less money, they'd pay attention.

If you’ve ever had anything to do with them before, they’ve got your info saved somewhere and won’t leave you alone no matter what, even if you’re on the TPS. Just a heads up to everyone. 01803 299937 A lady phoned asking for a Mr Bourne, I told her "sorry, you've got the wrong number". Then she asked if Mrs Bourne was there, so either she's daft or trying to trick me into giving my name. Next time she calls ( now I'm sure it's a scam) she's gonna get the ships horn I keep near the phone, it makes a proper loud noise. I've used it on telemarketers from abroad 3 times, hasn't been a bother since for 8 months, so I reckon it does the job! 😁
