5 yearsthis morning I got a call from 01809981829 about a supposed foreign transaction on my bank account. they told me to press 1 to cancel it, but I never did and just ended the call. I checked my bank afterwards to make sure no money was taken. it turned out to be a voicemail since I couldn’t talk to anyone directly. just a heads up, don’t press 1 if you get a call like this!6 yearsI’ve been getting loads of calls claiming to be from Openreach, Amazon Prime, and Sky Broadband, all ringing me one after the other. It’s really annoying having to keep answering just to find out it’s probably some sort of scam.Sky BroadbandAmazon PrimeOpenreach6 yearsGot a call from some woman saying she was from Sky's Indian call centre, just laughing away on the phone, asking if I was having trouble with my internet, PC or phone. When I asked her to prove it, she just giggled with her mates and hung up on me. Such a waste of time.7 yearsThis week alone, I’ve gotten two calls in one day, and another call on a different day too. It felt a bit dodgy, so I hung up and got in touch with Amazon to let them know what was going on. I gave them the phone numbers that called me. I’m not holding out hope that they can sort it out, but I figured it was worth telling them and maybe asking if they could put up some sort of alert on their site.Amazon7 yearsHappens all the time, I get calls from numbers I’ve no clue about and never get a voicemail. Pretty clear those are either scammers or just irritating salespeople. Best bet? Just ignore it and never ring back!7 yearsgot a call really early this morning but couldnt find my phone so i just ignored it. checked this site later and thankful i didnt pick up.7 yearsgot a call from some automated voice saying my amazon prime was renewal and to press a number. never signed up for that and it sounded dodgy to me. didnt press anything just hung up.Amazon7 yearsAnswered the call but there was no one speaking so I just went ahead and blocked the number like I always do.7 yearsToday I got called twice, both times from different numbers, pretending to be from Amazon Prime. Feels like a scam for sure.Submit Your Own Report (01803 297298)
