An odd robotic voice, purporting to be from BT, just called me up to say my internet service is about to be cut off. It even went so far as to present me with two buttons to press. Naturally, I ended the call. I don’t even have an account with BT! When are we going to take serious action against these scammers? Thankfully, I’ve got enough know-how to steer clear of their dodgy options, but I can't help but worry about those who might fall for it.
