Got a call asking for my 87 year old dad. I told them I’m his daughter and look after him since he’s got dementia. They wouldn’t tell me who they were and kept insisting it was something confidential. I said there’s no way they can speak to him if they won’t identify themselves. They ended up saying they’d try again later - bit worrying, honestly!
