Eine Lady hat angefragt, ob sie mit meiner Mutter sprechen dürfe - sie kannte sogar ihren Namen! Sie meinte, es ginge um eine Umfrage. Während ich dann nach meiner Mutter suchte, bemerkte ich, dass die Gesprächsverbindung echt miserabel war (Ich meine, sollte ein anständiges Call-Center nicht in der Lage sein, eine annehmbare Telefonverbindung anzubieten?). Sie meinte, sie würde später wieder anrufen. Oh super, das wird ja ein Spass!
