Got a call just after 7pm, which seemed odd since I doubt the council does surveys that late in the evening. I didn’t pick up and ended up blocking the number because it felt a bit dodgy, probably some sort of scam.

Just got a call claiming it’s a survey, but honestly, I only bother with ones that come through the mail. Maybe it’s from the council or something? Not sure, but I’m not answering until I get something official in the post.

Someone rang me saying they were from the local council and wanted to know if I could give 10 minutes to answer some questions for a survey. I’ve never had the council call me for a satisfaction survey like this, so I asked if they could just send it through the post instead. They said no to that. I’m a bit suspicious of calls like this, so I just told them I was very happy with my council housing and ended the call.
