Got a text from someone called Nicole claiming to be from BT Networks telling me my IP address was hacked. She said if I didn’t let them fix it soon my internet would get cut off in a day. They wanted me to press 1 to chat with a “technician.” Pretty sure it’s a scam, best to just block that number straight away.
