Picked up the call, and according to their records, I've supposedly been involved in a car accident over the past three years, which is utterly false as I've had no such incident. I'm absolutely exasperated with these persistent cold callers. I was under the impression that there's legislation against this sort of behaviour now. I've requested that they remove my number from their database, so it'll be interesting to see if that actually happens.
