Got a call from what looked like a local number but turned out to be a call centre messing about.

I phoned the number since it seemed local to me. When someone answered, it definitely sounded like a call centre. I asked them why they had called me but the person wouldn’t say and just cut the call. Because of that I reckon this was maybe a harassment call.
