They claimed to be from BT about my internet, but as soon as I asked for the account holder's name, they just cut the call.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from BT, insisting that there are issues with our broadband connection and suggesting that others are utilising our server without permission. They requested specific information about our server setup, but it all seems rather dubious. Definitely sounds like a scam to me!
