6 yearsReally annoyed! Got a call from this number around 12:30 on 20/6/20. It showed up on my caller ID as "International" and the bloke said he was from BT, gave the name John Wilfred. He was trying to tell me he was upgrading my internet speed, but I never asked for anything like that. I was outside in the garden at the time. He told me to switch my computer on so he could get it sorted, but when I asked how I could be sure it was legit, he threatened that if I didn’t do it then, I’d lose my internet.
