So this guy Brian, claiming to be from BT Openreach with a bit of an Indian accent, called me up saying my router was sending out some kind of error and they had to fix the line today. I told him the router was fine and asked why he was bothering me since I don’t even have BT as my provider. Then he just rudely said, "get lost ma’am." Proper strange and cheeky behaviour.
