Had this bloke with a proper British accent ring me up, said he was from some sort of workers' union. He rattled off a load of jobs I supposedly might've done, then started quizzing me about where I'd worked so they could apparently "not bother me again." Seemed well dodgy to me.

i got a call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming she was ringing for the national workers union about some kind of compensation for folks who worked "in industry." i checked and there’s no such union in the UK anywhere. i reckon it’s a scam, so watch out!
