Somebody rang claiming they was from EE, saying they could get me a new phone and cut my bill. When I asked if they knew who the phone was registered to, they just hung up on me.

I asked why they weren’t ringing from an EE number and they said they were from sales. Then I asked for my name, and they didn’t know it. I had to switch from Virgin, where I’d been for years, over to O2 because their tariff was the most affordable I could find. Now I get loads of calls every day from these irritating folk. Even though I’ve disabled my mobile calls and only kept texts on, they still manage to get through. When I block one number, they just call from another - it’s so unfair they’re allowed to do that. It’s proper frustrating, especially since I’m seriously disabled and don’t need this kind of bother. If only they realised the trouble they cause people, but it seems they couldn’t care less.
