I’m perplexed as to why the staff on this number are insisting they represent Carphone Warehouse. It's rather misleading! The moment we asked to speak to a supervisor, they abruptly hung up on us. We verified with Carphone Warehouse directly, and they assured us that they never contact customers at home. Quite a dodgy situation, if you ask me!
