Got a call from someone with an Asian accent saying they were from BT, warning me my internet would get cut off soon. They asked to get into my computer and wanted some six-digit banking code to ‘secure my account.’ I didn’t share any info, but when I asked what sort of balance was in the account (apparently the bigger the sum, the better protection against fraud), they just hung up on me!
