I got called twice today by someone saying my internet would be disconnected in about four hours unless I talked to one of their team to sort it out and they’d send me a new router. I ended the calls pretty quick since everything’s fine with my internet and router. Interestingly, these calls came three hours apart. Seems dodgy to me!
