So, I pressed 1 and ended up speaking to a strange bloke with an Indian accent. He kept asking when I last shopped on Amazon (which is never, by the way) and what device I used. I told him I hadn’t ordered anything and wouldn’t be giving any info. He sounded annoyed, kept pushing, then just abruptly said goodbye and hung up.
