I got a recorded call from a woman with an Asian accent who actually used my first name. She told me my IP address was at risk and said I had to reset it along with my router. She told me to press 1 to speak to a technician who could sort it out. These sorts of calls come through daily, so I put the numbers straight onto my BT call protect blacklist, but they just keep ringing back from new numbers that are only a bit different. It's really frustrating.
