I got a robo call saying it was from BT, warning that my internet would be disconnected today if I didn’t ring 01796 812745 to fix some issue. So I rang BT to check and they told me everything was fine with my account and they hadn’t sent out any messages like that. The BT rep was unsure what the call was about but thought it was probably a scam and said they’d report it. I didn’t bother calling the number in the message and my internet is still working perfectly.

Got a robo call pretending to be Virgin Media saying my internet was going to be disconnected today and to hit 1 if I wanted to stop the service. Pretty sure it was a scam.
