I got a call from someone saying my router was giving warnings and asked me to set up remote access on my computer so they could fix the problems, saying it was linked to BT. When I told her everything was fine and I wasn’t having any issues, she told me to just hang up, but I wasn't about to let her in. Feels like they’ve got a strict rule about not letting you end the call or they get in trouble. Hope that’s true, at least one less fraudmer off the streets.
