I keep getting calls from this odd number. It's becoming rather bothersome.

I reckon it's probably one of those scam calls. The voice had a very mechanical feel to it, not natural at all. They claimed to be representing the Visa Security team, stating they were looking into a questionable transaction made on Amazon, as well as a dubious international money transfer. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
